Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Gift card, mobile top-up and Bidali One purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Many gift cards can't be cancelled once they are issued, so check the brand, country, amount and delivery details before you confirm.

If you made a mistake, contact support right away. We review each request case by case, and a network fee is deducted from any refund we agree to.

• If an order fails before delivery, you are not charged.
