What is a Bidali One balance?

Your Bidali One balance is prepaid credit you buy from Bidali and spend on gift cards in the Bidali app and store. Think of it like store credit.

• It doesn't expire, and there are no inactivity fees.
• It doesn't earn interest.
• It isn't a bank deposit, and it isn't covered by CDIC or FDIC deposit insurance.
• It can't be cashed out or withdrawn.

You can send part of your balance to another person, up to CA$2,000 per transfer. Your balance must stay under $10,000.

If you close your account, you can ask us to refund purchased balance you haven't used. Cash back has no cash value and isn't refunded. Where the law gives you a right to a cash refund, we honour it. See Closing or deleting your Bidali account.
