Closing or deleting your Bidali account

You can close your Bidali account at any time, free of charge.

Before you close it

• Save your gift cards. Copy the codes of any gift cards you still want to use, so you can redeem them directly with the brand.
• Spend or refund your balance. You can ask us to refund purchased Bidali One balance you haven't used. We refund it to the original payment method where possible, after verifying your identity. Cash back has no cash value and isn't refunded, and pending cash back is cancelled.

Close your account

Email support@bidali.com with the subject line Request for Account Deletion. We will confirm the account is yours, close it, and email you a confirmation of what was deleted.

The law requires us to keep some records after an account is closed. You are removed from all marketing emails. See our Account Deletion Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

Signing out on a phone

Giving away or replacing a phone? Open Settings in the app and tap Sign out. Your account stays open, and you can sign in on another phone with your email and PIN.
