Creating and verifying your Bidali account

Download the Bidali app and sign up with your name and email address. You need to be 18 or older.

Verify your email

We send you an email to confirm your address. Open it and tap Verify email.

Set your PIN

Next, secure your account with a six-digit PIN. You use it to sign in and to approve purchases. On phones that support it, you can also turn on Face ID or Touch ID for an extra layer of security.

Verify your identity

We run a full compliance program, so we ask you to verify your identity before your first purchase. The app walks you through it, and you may need a government-issued photo ID. Your limits can depend on the verification you complete.
