Signing in on a new phone

Your Bidali account isn't tied to one phone. To use it on a new or reset phone, download the Bidali app and sign in with your email address and PIN.

Forgot your PIN?

A forgotten PIN can't be reset yet. We are building a secure way to do it. In the meantime, contact support from the email address on your account and we will let you know your options. We will never ask for your PIN.
