Mobile phone top-ups

You can buy prepaid mobile credit for carriers in many countries. Search for your carrier in the Bidali app or store to see what is available where you are.

• Top-ups work only on prepaid mobile accounts, not monthly or post-paid plans.
• Enter the phone number carefully, including the country code. A top-up sent to the wrong number can't be reversed.

My top-up hasn't arrived

Check that the account is prepaid and the number is right. If both are correct, contact support with the carrier, phone number, amount and order date.
