How quickly are gift cards delivered?

Most gift cards are delivered within a few minutes of a successful payment, by email, by text message or in the Bidali app.

Some orders take longer, for example when a payment needs extra checks, a network is congested or a brand's system is slow. If an order fails before delivery, you are not charged.

If a gift card hasn't arrived, contact support with the brand, amount and order date.
