Gift card terms

Bidali Inc. is an authorized, independent reseller of gift cards and prepaid cards. Every gift card sold through Bidali is:

• closed loop, non-reloadable and fixed value;
• bought directly from the brand or an authorized reseller, never on secondary markets;
• digital, delivered by email, by text message, by API or in the Bidali app;
• priced in the currency of its country, and generally only spendable where that currency is used;
• usable only for eligible purchases with the brand, and not redeemable for cash except where the law requires.

Each brand's own gift card terms also apply. Brands are not sponsors of Bidali, and their logos and trademarks belong to them. Prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards are issued by a third party under its own cardholder terms.
