Keeping your account secure

A few habits keep your Bidali account safe:

• Choose a PIN that is hard to guess. Avoid 123456, repeated digits and your birthday.
• Never share your PIN. Bidali will never ask for it.
• Turn on Face ID or Touch ID in the app for an extra layer of security.
• Keep your phone locked with a passcode or biometrics.
• If you think someone knows your PIN, change it in the app straight away.

If you don't recognize a transaction

Contact support right away, and no later than 60 days after the transaction, at support@bidali.com or +1 (855) 886-4830. Check your balance and transaction history regularly so you spot anything unusual early.

If an unauthorized transaction happened through no fault of your own, we refund it within 30 business days. Full details are in our Terms of Use.
