How long does a digital dollar payment take?

Most digital dollar payments are confirmed within minutes. Your balance is credited, or your gift card is delivered, as soon as the network confirms the payment.

A payment can take longer when the network is busy or the network fee was set too low. To keep it quick:

• Send the exact amount shown at checkout, on the network shown, before the timer runs out.
• Use the network fee your wallet suggests, or higher.
• If checkout shows a memo or tag, include it with your payment.
• Sending from an exchange? Add its withdrawal fee so the full amount arrives.

If the timer ran out before you sent the payment, or it has confirmed on the network but your balance or order still hasn't updated after an hour, contact support with the transaction hash.
